What it costs, and what moves the price
We do not publish a price list, and this page explains exactly why — plus everything that decides your number, so nothing on the quote surprises you.
Most interior websites either hide pricing completely or publish a low per-square-foot number that no real project is ever delivered at. Neither helps you.
Here is our position: the cost of your job depends on measurable things, and once we have measured, we can give you a firm written number that does not move. Below is every factor that goes into it, so you can see what you are paying for before anyone visits.
What decides your quote
These six things account for almost all of the variation between one quote and another.
Wall or floor area
The single biggest factor. Everything is quoted per square foot of finished surface, so an accurate measurement is the first thing we do.
Product and profile
A plain flat panel, a fluted profile, a charcoal composite and a UV sheet sit at different price points. We will show you the range and where each one makes sense.
Condition of the existing surface
A sound, flat wall takes panels directly. An uneven or damp wall needs a batten frame or preparation first, which adds material and labour.
Integrated lighting and storage
Concealed LED, niches and cabinetry are separate scopes. A plain panelled wall and a full feature wall with lighting and storage are very different jobs.
Hardware and fittings
For kitchens and wardrobes, hinges and channels are where quality genuinely shows over time. We quote known brands and will show you the difference rather than hiding it in a total.
Site access and timing
High floors without service-lift access, restricted society working hours and overnight commercial work all affect labour cost. We factor this in at the site visit, not afterwards.
How to get an accurate number quickly
Call or WhatsApp us with the room and roughly what you want. We will ask a few questions, then arrange a visit — usually within a day or two. At that visit we measure, check the wall condition, show you physical samples, and follow up with an itemised written quote.
If you want a rough indication before a visit, tell us the approximate wall area and the product you are considering and we will give you an honest range on the phone. We will also tell you if we think your budget and your expectations do not meet — before you spend time on it rather than after.
Backed by a 5-year warranty
Every installation carries a written warranty handed to you at completion — not promised verbally and forgotten. Five years on wooden work and interior solutions, three years on hardware. If something fails inside that period, we come back and fix it.
